This is how my day ends. The sun goes behind the building throwing multiple hues of red, orange and pink. I take a moment and stop, and get myself soaked in one of the delightful sights available free of cost. I am sometimes reminded of a similar sunset I saw in my village, a serene little place nestled in the foothills of a Natural Reserve surrounded by greenery and small hills
The two sunsets are so different yet alike. The Sun is the same, the sky is the same, the place is different and something has changed within me that I am still to figure out. I have travelled far, a few thousand kilometres in search of respectful livelihood and freedom to live the way I choose to.
I met a lot of people in my years away who shaped me into the way I am today. Bitter-sweet experience and my faith that I was part of a greater good and better design never let me loose the steam. This year hasn’t been easy but then what has ever been easy? What’s the fun in knowing all and being perfect? It is imperfections which bring the joy, the joy of living in the moment yet believing that He has a plan for me. I am just walking down the path which will be my becoming the person He has chosen me to Become.
A song learnt long back in School Assembly keeps echoing in my ears. I remember myself singing loudly to the tune of My Lord.

Those Storm Clouds Darken The Sky
Over The Heavenly Trail

He Will Never Fail..
He’s A Faithful Friend, Such A Faithful Friend, I Can Count On Him, To The Very End.
